Lake Sumter Landing Town Square is less than a 10 minute golf cart ride, where you can enjoy nightly entertainment, movie theatre, variety of restaurants, banks, and plenty of shopping.
This home has an open and spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and Smart TV’s ready for your favorite streaming service entertainment, please bring your streaming service passwords along. An enclosed air-conditioned lanai for your comfort during the hot season, and a small patio with gas grill, gas fire pit, and beautiful relaxing lounge chairs. The kitchen has newer SS appliances with granite countertops, fully stocked, brand new washer/dryer, plenty of linen, blankets, pillows, and extra towels in each bathroom. All the comforts of home! The split floor plan gives the master bedroom total privacy and your guests will enjoy privacy on the opposite side with a guest bathroom in between the bedrooms with a sliding door.
This home is ideally located close to several town squares: Sumter Landing (1.2 miles), Spanish Springs (3.8 miles), Brownwood Paddock (4.2 miles), and Sawgrass Grove (9.2 miles), all accessible by golf cart! Each town square offers nightly entertainment and a variety of restaurants to enjoy. Within walking distance to the Sabal Chase swimming pool (0.3 miles) for a refreshing dip, and conveniently located down the road from Canal Recreation Center, pickleball courts, and country clubs. There are many champion and executive golf courses, Palmer Legends Country Club, and Nancy Lopez Legacy Golf & Country Club. This home is decorated with nautical decor, living room has two couches and a comfortable chair, master bedroom has a king size bed with master bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, and the third bedroom is an extra room with a futon, wireless printer, and can be utilized as an additional bedroom or office.

Our 2025 seasonal stay was exceptional. The nautical décor, the quiet neighborhood, and the easy access to Sumter Landing all made this one of our favorite rentals. Kim is an excellent host, and the home is maintained at a very high standard. We will definitely return.
We stayed for the full season, and it felt like home right away. The home is beautifully furnished, extremely clean, and perfectly located. We appreciated the privacy of the master suite and used the lanai every single day. Fantastic long-term rental.
We loved our two-month stay in 2023. The kitchen was fully stocked, the washer/dryer was excellent, and the golf cart made visiting all the squares easy. The patio with the fire pit became our evening hangout spot.
A wonderful February stay. Everything in the home was clean and organized, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved how close we were to the pool and pickleball courts. Great seasonal rental—will book again!

I’ve been renting in The Villages for several years, and this was one of my best stays. The home is bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a coastal touch. The location near Rec Centers and golf courses is unbeatable.
Kim’s home was everything we needed for a long seasonal stay. Comfortable furniture, fast WiFi, and plenty of linens. We enjoyed grilling on the patio and the short ride to Lake Sumter Landing. Very well maintained home.
